Gillian and Chris’s destination wedding at Gran Villa Rosa, near Barcelona, Spain, was a joyous celebration brimming with vibrant colors, heartfelt details, and a playful spirit that perfectly reflected their infectious personalities. Against the backdrop of the villa’s breathtaking Moorish architecture and soft pink stone walls, every element was thoughtfully curated to create a warm, welcoming atmosphere full of fun and love. From including their beloved dog, Butter, to writing heartfelt personalized notes for each guest and offering custom hand fans and parasols, the travel-loving couple brought the spirit of Spanish alegría (joy) to life in every detail.
Captured beautifully by Fine Art Curation member Olya Kobruseva in her signature soft and colorful style, this wedding was a feast for the senses. Every detail from Daniel Lafuente’s vibrant florals, custom stationery and delicious food and cava to playful touches like glitter balls was designed to delight. Gillian was a vision in her strapless, mermaid-cut lace Vera Wang gown, while her bridesmaids added bursts of color with their stunning floor-length dresses, perfectly complementing the wedding’s colorful palette. And the guests? Undoubtedly some of the most stylish we’ve seen, adding their own flair to the day’s festivities.
