Spring wedding inspiration on the French Riviera with lilac wedding dress
Located in Antibes, near Cannes Bastide du Roy is one of the most historical spots on the French Riviera. Built at the end of the 16th century, it was the King of France Henri IV who received the Bastide as a wedding gift in 1608. Today we're traveling to this magical estate for a spring wedding inspiration shoot with the most stunning lilac wedding dress, designed by Marion Fera and captured by Provence wedding photographer and Fine Art Curation member, Jeremie Hkb.
"Within the Spanish-style garden there is fountain adorned with wisteria, which was the inspiration for this shoot, styled by M Agency Wedding and planned by Marjorie Garcia Wedding," explains Jeremie. "Floral designers La blonde et le Barbu created a flamboyant display of flowers in tones of parma violet and mauve, accentuated by touches of peach. The bouquet is radiant and unstructured, and all the flowers have a beautiful fine art garden spirit.
"The centerpiece of this shoot is the Iris wedding dress created by Marion Fera. Dedicated to floral art, it is composed of petals of gathered tulle and assembled in shades from ivory to parma violet. Naturally puffy with its 70 meters of tulle, this majestic and poetic creation recalls the haute couture dresses that inspired the designer’s childhood."
