Ethereal wedding inspiration with white flowers at Château de Tourreau
We're bringing you absolute floral paradise today in this stunning ethereal editorial hosted at Chateau de Tourreau in the heart of Provence. From the dreamy floral design to the breathtaking collection of fine art cakes, there are countless details to inspire couples looking for wedding design that totally breaks the mold. Get ready to pin like crazy from this very special event, captured by Provence wedding photographer Jérémy Schmit.
"The design team wanted to create something grandiose and out of this world, inspired by the Coco Chanel quote: 'In order to be irreplaceable, one must always be different'", explains Jérémy. "The idea was to reverse today’s romantic trends in favour of a more modern and contemporary path, playing with textures and contrast."
Provence wedding florist and Fine Art Curation member, Capucine Atelier Floral, designed a huge floral montage hanging under the balcony to beautifully frame the banquet table in the courtyard. We adore the unique color palette of white and warm golden tones contrasting with the mint green of the chateau shutters.
The textural theme continues with the use of trailing gold-sprayed asparagus fern and translucent, disc-shaped honesty flowers, on the crown, bouquet and wedding cake, allowing for some beautiful light effects. The spectacular display of cakes created by baker extraordinaire and Fine Art Curation member, MonAnnie Cakes, was stunning it's simplicity of white on white with delicate sculptural flowers adding a real sense of drama.
This stellar team of wedding creatives proves that it is always possible to innovate, even in the highly competitive wedding industry.
