Dreamy Waterfront Wedding Ideas
Lace wedding dresses, countryside venue and a small bouquet of snowdrops and sweetpeas - forgive us for thinking of quintessential English country vibes. A stately home was the venue for this wedding editorial by Corina V. Photography and the bumblebee details are a sweet edition to the stationery by Statue Rue. Add in the beautiful long sleeve lace Catherine Langlois wedding dress and softly romantic florals with blush pink tones by Sue Gallo Designs, and we're here for these stunning images...
From Corina V. Photography: "The theme of the Shoot was an idyllic English Countryside Manor House setting with whimsical and romantic touches of Old World European Stately Elegance. I love to tell a visual story and I decided to have 3 motifs running through-out the Shoot: the regal Bee, the ornate Crown and the leafy Laurel wreath. I decided to shoot some of the time with my Pentax 645n camera using Fuji 400H and Ilford B&W 3200, since film photos have an incomparable air of magic about them. The black & white images of the couple also have a unique timeless quality that gives them a feeling of romantic nostalgia where they could have been taken in the past or in current modern times.
For the colour scheme shades of blush pink, pops of fresh greenery and antique gold were key in making this all come to life. The Stationery by the talented Statue Rue and majestic Cake design by Truffle Toronto really incorporated the motifs and colours perfectly and Sue Gallo Designs truly rocked it out with their amazing, lush greenery Garland around the front door! Bluboho’s delicate “Mon Coeur” Ring in 14 kt Rose Gold with Morganite Stone was absolutely the right jewellery for this theme and Bella Belle’s “Frances Champagne” Shoes tied together all of the design elements into their stunning wedding shoes.
I’m still in love with that Gown by Catherine Langlois and it’s actually two pieces: a long sleeved lace top with the prettiest pouty skirt and sash to tie into a bow at the waist. Olivia Ha Beauty kept the Bride’s Make Up and Hair as soft and natural as possible for a clean and classic look. Simply Beautiful Decor’s furniture and place settings had that perfect European provincial look and Food Studio Catering created the most stunning signature Cocktail that any blush-pink-loving Bride would love to serve at her own Wedding!"
