A Vision in Winter - Wedding Inspiration

Nov 09, 2020 | Inspiration

If you’re dreaming of a fairytale winter wedding, you’ve come to the right inspiration. This stylish shoot brought together by Lux Event Rentals and Design and Fine Art Curation member Radostina Boseva and a team of talented vendors showcases the beauty of a frosty Winter inspired wedding without all the cliché decor.

A soft creamy palette was the base for the overall design with added pops of light blues, grey, and gold. Greenery and berries added a festive feel without going over the top, and just wait till you see the perfect bouquet! Captured by Radostina Boseva, see it all below...

"The inspiration for this bridal editorial is a winter fairytale, juxtaposing Victorian-era romance with a timeless yet innovative winter bridal style. With a nod to the 2020 Pantone color of the year, a frosty palette of ivory, cream, sage and light blue paired with antique gold accents was chosen to capture the delicate beauty of the romantic Winter bride with a fresh perspective.

Le Bloomerie incorporated an on-trend combination of lush and dried products such as lunaria, Japanese ostrich feather, and asparagus fern to build an indoor winter garden to showcase two distinct bridal looks. For a more traditional bride, Radostina Boseva first photographed our model Anastasia in a texture-rich A-line gown paired with a gold headband from Brides on Hartz and luxe fur stole from Shop Gossamer. The second look was a stunning hand-crafted floral corset and matching headpiece paired with a light blue tulle skirt to amplify the romantic yet design-forward possibilities for the timeless, contemporary bride.

The tablescape was layered with texture upon the texture of fine China from Theoni Collection, antique gold crystal stemware, silk napkins and a pop of classic blue to contrast the lush white floral installations. Further evoking delicate romance of Winter, floral lace booties from Bella Belle, a trio of textured cakes from Batter Up Cakery, and an exquisite invitation suite complete with handmade menus, name cards, and Shakespearean sonnet from the fine art atelier, Acqua and Ink."
