The iconic Monique Lhuillier Jardin gown looks like it was made for bride Christina and her dreamy wedding setting at Pippin Hill Farm in Charlottesville, Virginia. The striking floral print gown and matching embroidered veil couldn't have been more perfect for this early fall evening, where the light turned golden as Christina and Christian shared their vows in front of a floral arch that framed the rolling Virginia hills beyond.
Virginia-based wedding photographer, Brigitte Renee, tells us more about this special day: "Christina and Christian's Bridgerton-meets-secret garden themed wedding had the classic florals and colors to bring the season to life. For the ceremony, a lush floral arch studded with hydrangea anchored the space and freeform designs lined the ailse. Chandeliers draped with wisteria created drama in the reception space at Pippin Hill Farm, where banquet tables were dressed with pale blue linens and taper candles.
"The couple wanted to make the evening an intimate celebration, so wrote each guest a letter that became their seating chart. The couple worked closely with their stationery designer to create a custom stationery collection for the wedding, including a watercolor portrait and a map with the meaningful places they visited throughout their relationship.
"Christina and Christian wanted to include their 7-year-old pup, a Beagle-Dachshund named Citizen, as their flower girl and ring bearer. They had a custom white dress made for her and she high-fived the groom when she made it down the aisle, which was caught on film!"
