Stunning editorial at hilltop hideaway in southern Italy

Italy is well known for incredible locations rich in history and tradition and today we're sharing a picturesque gem hidden in the south of the country. The small town of Tropea is known for its clifftop historic center and is the scene of today's stunning editorial from fine art wedding photographer Sergio Sorrentino, a Fine Art Curation member, and team of Italian wedding suppliers.

"On the top of the hill, we discovered a precious and enchanting place, Villa Paola, where tourists and locals enjoy a unique and unforgettable view of the crystal clear sea," explains Sergio. "With a minimal and modern interior design, combined with a historical exterior, Villa Paola is an imposing architectural complex adorned with cloisters, wonderful colonnades and fountains."

Together wedding planner Agnese Ferraro, designer Gionata Russo and florist Alfio Cannavo created an incredible wedding experience showcasing the highlights of the luxury hideaway, including the asymmetrical pool and breathtaking sea views. Bride Isa wore two stunning gowns from WToo Watters and Le Fate Milano, styled by Nea Milano, who also supplied Isa's chic accessories.

For the ceremony, lush low arrangements by Alfio Cannavo, featured soft breezy flowers that appeared to be naturally growing from the grass. A long table stood under the porch of the main cloister, laid with napkins the color of the burnt orange ground, and concrete and glass vessels showcasing beautiful floral centerpieces and elegant stationery created by Lettering By GRG.

Photographer Sergio continues: "After cutting the cake made by Chantilly Patisserie, Isa changes into her second sparkling dress by Le Fate Milano and enjoys a trip with her new husband on a traditional red Ape Calessino through the narrow streets of Tropea’s city center. Later the couple had their first dance in a small and cozy square before to enjoy a drink at the famous lounge bar Al Migliarese."
