Organic country garden wedding with fall flowers in Vancouver
There is something very Jane Austen about a beautifully manicured garden and we're certainly getting Pride and Prejudice vibes at VanDusen Botanical Garden, the scene of this romantic real wedding shoot from Vancouver wedding photographer and Fine Art Curation member Maricle Kang with a team of Canadian wedding suppliers.
Over to Isabel from LoveLee Celebrations, who planned and styled the event: "Some couples set aside time for pre-wedding photos but Jodie and Mike decided to have a post wedding photoshoot as newlyweds just the day after they got married. Everything was was new and fresh, and you could see the joy of starting a new milestone together through their smiles and tender kisses.
We started with the Camille gown from Stesha Ho's Jardin Collection, a ruffled Chantilly lace dress with a tulle tiered skirt. The Loved One's oversized bow accessory tied the entire look together and was the epitome of youthful romance. This simple bow made a big statement and carried movement with every step the bride took. Next we changed into the Élise, an asymmetrical sleeved dress adorned with floral appliqués. A quick hair change to a low updo and we had our second look that was timeless and playful.
"An intimate table for two was set up in the rose garden. Hanaki Floral Design and I wanted to keep to a neutral palette whilst adding deep berry tones for a touch of fall. It was important to have an organic and effortless floral design to not overpower the already growing flowers around VanDusen Gardens, and Kiki's designs perfectly complimented the natural scenery."
