From Debbie at Designs By Hemingway: "My inspiration for this shoot was seeing the magnificent architecture of a white coastal beach on Oahu, Hawaii meeting the dry desert landscape of the land. I started styling this shoot around the most beautiful area on the island of Oahu with a maze of dried grasses, mini sand dunes, cactus, white sand beaches all meeting the crystal blue Pacific ocean. The Leanne Marshall bridal dress. from my studio collection, had the most beautiful flowy layerings of silk chiffon in a gorgeous muted dusty rose terra cotta color. For the floral designs, I was inspired to design with vibrant colors mixed in with a few muted colors for the table centerpiece, ceremony and bridal bouquet. There are little mixes of dried coastal grasses and other accents of white sea fan coral, driftwood bits and small organic seed pods. I accented the cake with muted desert color dried flower blooms of ranunculus, bougainvillea, sweetpeas and other coastal grasses. The most fun design for this shoot was the surprise elopement ceremony florals nestled into the sand dunes with gorgeous back lighting against the mountains and coast line of Hawaii!"
