Happy Monday all! Hope you had a relaxing one as I did. In truth it's been so nice to wind down now that wedding/photoshoot season is over and look forward to what's ahead. For example, I'm off to Rome in 3 weeks to attend the wonderful Retreat Gatherings Rome retreat with a group of very talented photographers and fine art vendors. This retreat is so well thought out and full of quality learning experiences I'm confident in saying this will be a workshop like no other. So while I prep for this European adventure, don't forget to follow us on Instagram for our sneak peeks of Italian wedding prettiness! The stunning couple we have on Wedding Sparrow for you today to swoon over just so happens to be based in Italy too! Paola and Jacob were photographed by Daniel Cruz Photography and are now stationed there as part of his Military posting and so we're kicking off this week with a little Italian love... From Daniel: "I can never turn down an opportunity to serve those that serve our country. About a month ago I had the opportunity to document Paola and Jacob, who were recently married and are now living in Vicenza, Italy while Jake serves in the US Army. While they’re married, they had been away from each other for quite a while, while Jacob went through bootcamp and training. I believe this merited them a chance for a new life in a beautiful place, to match their beautiful marriage. Jacob came home just days before the military anniversary session, and I believe I captured just how much they missed each other. We had many laughs during this session and are so glad to have made new friends with Paola and Jacob! Needless to say, I'm super happy for them and their time together in such a beautiful place!"
