Lake Como wedding inspiration at Villa Pizzo
Timeless, chic and vintage-inspired was the design brief for this beautiful Lake Como wedding inspiration shoot at Villa Pizzo on the western shore. With pretty blush spring florals, three stunning wedding gowns and a romantic boat trip for the newlyweds, it is everything you could wish for a wedding in Lake Como.
Over to creative director Taylor Olivares to tell us more about this Lake Como wedding inspiration editorial: "The garden inspired florals by Vida Creative with touches of blush, mauve, jasmine and cream made for an elegant scene, which was further enhanced by the thoughtfully designed stationery from by Crimson Letters, who sought inspiration directly from the paintings and statues around the fifteenth century villa.
"Floral painted menus paired beautifully with vintage Florentine plates from Latini Design, which that gave us a window into what an event must have looked like for one of the more famous prior owners of the villa, madame Elise Musard, who personalized it in the 1800s by painting it pink.
"Our bride chose three different looks, including a floral statement piece from Monique Lhuillier, which we accessorized with a dramatic cathedral length cape. The next two looks were designed by Made Bride, featuring ruffles and incredible embellishment, which perectly complimented the feminine vibes of the venue."
