Intimate vineyard wedding with yellow flowers in Portugal
Just two hours drive from Lisbon - the busy, vivid capital of Portugal - you find yourself at the beautiful Herdade do Sobroso, where Ana and James tied the knot in a beautiful vineyard wedding. Hidden away, surrounded by olive trees and vineyards, the couple and their guests embraced the Portuguese vibe of tranquility and slow-living. How totally dreamy!
Over to European wedding photographer and Fine Art Curation member, Olya Kobruseva, who captured their wedding to tell us more: "Ana and James wanted their guests to experience a typical family-style dinner in Portugal, with all that implies like tasting local wine following by a dinner cooked with the highlight ingredients of the region.
"The set up of long tables and fairy lights made the dinner feel really convivial and cosy. Happyday Events played with a warm and bright colour palette made of shades of orange, peach, apricot and cream to recreate the symphony of the changing seasons. The beautiful ceremony flowers and reception centrepieces add sunshine to every moment.
"The outdoor ceremony decor was enhanced with airy drapery, wooden chairs, yellow flowers and the stunning Portuguese sunshine. The tables cape was designed to be perfectly understated, with natural linens, simple stationery and tableware broken up by a pop of color in the florals and taper candles."
