Intimate destination wedding in the heart of Sicily
Today we are heading to southern Italy for an intimate destination wedding in the heart of Sicily. Patricia and Joachim hosted a delightful wedding that fused their Venezuelan and German cultures, sharing their love of travel to immerse their guests in the rich beauty of the Mediterranean.
With a colour palette inspired by the vibrant essence of Sicily, the couple chose living coral, sage and cactus green, and touches of blush and white. These hues infused every aspect of the wedding, creating a harmonious ambiance that reflected the local landscape. Prickly pears and cacti, beloved symbols of Sicily, were beautifully incorporated into the graphic design of the stationery, including a seal wax stamp that added a personal touch. Attention to detail extended to the choice of materials, with handcrafted cotton envelopes and luxurious silk ribbons adorning accessories and the vows books.
The couple went above and beyond to ensure their guests were entertained with a unique musical experience. They handpicked a sensational band that brought jazz music and bossa nova to life. Against the backdrop of a breathtaking scenography, including a captivating grand piano, the melodic tunes filled the air, setting the stage for a perfect Sicilian summer night.
