Success factor number 1
The choice of your wedding planner is crucial to the success of your project. I therefore advise you to start looking for her long before your wedding and take the time to know her planning process. Your wedding planner must be a recognized expert... so don't hesitate to ask for her recognitions and appreciate the publications and magazines. Why is that? It means that your wedding planner knows the service providers in her area and you will benefit from a valuable address book, which is a precious time saver when preparing your big day. At Madame Wedding Design, we get our requests mainly at the end of the summer and after the end of the year celebrations, generally times of decision making for soul mates who are setting goals as a couple. Bonus: We invite you to send us your requests for next year when you are thinking of getting married, but of course last minute weddings are also welcome.
Success factor number 2
Multiple contacts within a team of wedding planners, designers and coordinators Our expertise remains in the execution of high fashion, fine art, chic weddings.
The team has recently grown and I would be delighted to introduce Mel, who has been the event coordinator for over 16 years. Mel is a beautiful person who always brings the D-day to a successful conclusion. Louisiane, wedding planner and designer, we met at school and it always worked between us! As in love, affinities cannot be explained. Louisiane is specialised in event management and art history. We will be your privileged partners and your best wedding mediators. You will always have a contact person available to advise you. We work in a complementary way which allows us to have a signature in line with that of the agency: understated French elegance & high end fashion with a touch of glamorous decor. Our creativity has no limits, its main goal is to adapt to your needs, your dreams.
Success factor number 3
The venue is the first thing we will help you with. Depending on the signature you wish to give to your event, we will make a proposal of three to five locations with the organization of a visit ... Yes, even when it is a destination wedding in France and Europe, we strongly recommend you to take the time for a trip in our country and take advantage of it to visit places. To see a place is to feel its atmosphere, to appreciate its brightness. Visits allow you to project yourself. When you are back home, when we contact you with designs for table set ups or the setting up of structures, large decorations and lights, you will have your venue in mind. It is a wonderful advantage to visualise your big day when it comes to a destination wedding.
Success factor number 4
Build your team. This means finding the personalities and skills that can create the right chemistry for your celebration. It also means thinking about the personalities between the service providers and matching them with your personality. We often hear that we provide services. Clearly when they are done with positive interactions, everyone gives their best for the couple. At Madame Wedding Design, we look for this when we recommend service providers. Clearly you prefer a provider that you have booked at a low price and with whom there is a disagreement? I'm not sure, the atmosphere of a wedding from a service point of view must above all be one of serenity and security. Advice from the experts: follow the recommendations of wedding planners for a joyful, impeccably executed D-day.
Success factor number 5
Guest management, at Madame Wedding Design after booking the venue. Our priority is guest management and especially guest communication. You are probably wondering what I am talking about... Guest communication is all the information relayed to the guests, from the save the date, the rsvp to the details of the accommodation for the rehearsal dinner. With guest management comes the subject of the guest list. This is a tricky subject with the 2019 Covid crisis so I would advise you to try and have reasonable lists in numbers and types of people (close or less). It's very hard to have to make choices and narrow down your list, as it's also complicated to see the hesitation of the people you want to be around. To avoid this I would advise you to keep your list under 70 people, especially if it is a destination wedding. Intimate weddings are more flexible and will allow you to find solutions just in case.
Dear future brides and grooms, you have all the cards in your hand to make your request, book your tickets so that we can do your walk-throughs. We look forward to accompanying and supporting your wedding, bookings are open for 2022 and 2023. We are always delighted with all the requests we receive and respond within 24 hours.
