Now before we start on today's cute engagement session from our fave Texas wedding photographer, Allen Tsai, I have a confession to make. And it involves having never seen Fixer Upper. I know I know but I live in a different country don't forget! And I'm about to redeem myself I hope by saying that I follow them on Instagram. So when this engagement session landed in my inbox and tied together Chip & Joanna's recent front cover at The White Sparrow, I was smitten...

From bride to be, Tori: "Austin and I met in college at Pepperdine University in Malibu, CA. We both love the water and the beach. However, while I was in California, I became obsessed with Fixer Upper, the HGTV show. I fell in love with the Gaines family and their life on the farm in Waco. Austin is a second-year law student and in addition to law school, he owns a concrete and construction company out of Dallas, TX. I often call him my Chip Gaines (especially when he works wearing his Demo Day shirt)! When I was in California I saw the cover photo of the Magnolia Journal magazine was taken at The White Sparrow in Quinlin, Texas. It became my goal to take pictures there and visit the same place Joanna Gaines had gone! I hope to have these pictures become a reality one day with our own farm in Waco!"
