Fairytale wedding at Château de Sannes in Provence
Picture early summer time in Provence, when the lavender fields are in full bloom and the sky is filled with butterflies intoxicated by the heavenly scent. This is the scene of Anna and Rasmus' fairytale wedding at Château de Sannes last June, captured by Provence wedding photographer and Fine Art Curation member, Thomas Audiffren.
With a history dating back to 1603, Anna and Rasmus felt that there was nowhere better than Château de Sannes to celebrate their love for each other and the beauty of Provence. The châteaux has total romantic fairytale vibes, surrounded by elegant grounds and swimming pools, towering cypress trees and the signature Provençal blond stone.
Bride Anna looked every bit the ethereal royal in her tiara and incredible off-the-shoulder ballgown, which suited the majestical setting perfectly. Her elegant low chignon, delicate blush make-up and pearl accessories were complemented by groom Rasmus' smart tux with white dinner jacket. After their garden ceremony, the couple and their guests feasted in the open air, surrounded by festoon lights and blush roses, before dancing late into the night. What could be more perfect?
