English country manor wedding inspiration in Virginia
If a historical English manor house surrounded by wildly romantic moorland is your dream wedding setting, we've got heaps of inspiration for you today. The charming Dover Hall Estate in Virginia is the setting for this English country manor wedding inspiration shoot - a collaboration between two of our fabulous Virginia-based Fine Art Curation members, Lustre Theory and David Abel Photography.
"We created a day full of luxurious details, flowing florals and elevated bridal fashion from Marchesa," explains David. "Exquisite table styling that included Herend porcelain settings, billowing blooms and rich linen patterns are accented with Baccarat crystal glassware, Juliska flatware and pretty frilled napkins. A unique color palette of gold, blush, green and plum is woven throughout all the details from the table design to the stationery suite.
"For the bridal style, we leaned heavily on the 2023 trending ostrich feather theme. Featuring two detailed looks from Marchesa’s couture line and custom feather millinery creation from UK designer, NJ Miller Millinery No English countryside inspired shoot is complete without a gorgeous horse and our brown dabbled Bay, Koral, added wild beauty to the outdoor scene."
