Contemporary lakeside wedding under Mount Mustag, China
When it comes to breathtaking wedding destinations, it doesn't get much more picturesque than Baisha Lake in Kashgar, Xinjiang, China. This incredible tranquil location is the scene of today's intimate real wedding, which was postponed three times before the couple finally shared their vows in front of their parents and closet friends. Captured by YiPeng Lai with a stunning video by Fish Vision, we adore this contemporary celebration of love and the great outdoors.
Yanni Liu and Bohong Xiao tied the knot in a non-traditional Chinese ceremony amid the snow white sand and deep blue waters of Baisha Lake, with the backdrop of Mount Mustag. Bride Yanni Liu wore two stunning looks, including a romantic flowing gown with open back, and a structured short taffeta gown that she rocked with chunky white laced boots.
Floral designer Jing 植物工作者 created a driftwood structure as a backdrop to the ceremony, and a unique construction of stones and dark red anthurium flowers to display the cake by Five甜霧, which echoes the rugged mountains. The stationery also takes inspiration from the natural environment, with blue watercolor detail captures the ink blue waters of Baisha Lake. There's so much to love about this intimate destination wedding, don't miss the video at the end to experience the beauty of this unique location.
