We love a lakeside wedding and today's pretty soirée at the historic The Lake House in Tennessee is particularly special, with its dreamy white florals and sweeping views across the water. Created by North Carolina wedding photographer and Fine Art Curation member Tara Hodges and a talented team of southern wedding suppliers, there's heaps of inspiration for brides who love a classic timeless look.
Located on the main channel of Boone Lake in Piney Flats, Tennessee, The Lake House is nestled on 22 park-like acres covered with lush trees and florals. The serene views are breathtaking from every part of the property, bordered by pristine farmland and mountain backdrops. We love the soft neutral tones and greenery of the floral design, which pairs beautifully with the tranquil lake views of the classic venue.
The bride wore a refined Monique Lhullier lace gown, soft veil and Bella Belle shoes, while the groom wore a classic black tux. The bridal accessories, stationery and table tops were embellished with soft neutrals and grapes to create the perfect romantic lakeside setting. The tables and ceremony site featured a design of tall white roses in a half circle to create a uniquely welcoming setting.
