Classic black-tie New York wedding at Second Floor NYC
Sarena and Gerard's love story culminated in a classic black-tie New York wedding at the Church of Saint Francis Xavier followed by a reception at Second Floor NYC. Inspired by Gerard's childhood vision of exchanging vows in a grand Catholic church, the couple chose to host their celebration in the vibrant metropolis of Manhattan, complete with yellow taxicab transport and a billboard booked to showcase the work of their favorite artist.
Captivated by the city's electric energy, they immersed their closest friends and family in its unique charm. As the mastermind behind their wedding vision, Sarena worked with Gerard to ensure every detail was memorable - from a mirror photo booth and audio guestbook to personalized cocktail napkins featuring their beloved dog.
The couple choose Second Floor NYC for its intentionally minimalistic yet inviting setting, complete with tree-lined terrace, exposed brick walls, lush indoor greenery and floor-to-ceiling windows. Against a cosy backdrop of fluffy white flowers and the warm glow of candlelight, the couple celebrated late into the night with all of their favorite people.
