Capitol Elopement in Blue Wedding Dress
Let's take a second to appreciate the blue tulle beauty that is the wedding gown by Millia London in this Capitol elopement. Between that dress, the colorful and stunning bouquet by Briar Loft, and the epic view of the Wisconsin Capitol, we're crushing hard on this elopement inspiration captured by Fine Art Curation duo Whitney and Matsaya...
From Whitney and Matsaya: "This wedding inspiration is for a stylish micro wedding - party of exactly two. It’s simple, minimal, yet super chic and modern. Choosing to have an intimate wedding doesn’t mean you’ll lose the essential parts of a traditional wedding; this is where couples can get creative. Brides may still indulge in full-blown fashionable gowns and make themselves look good for their betrothed and, well, for themselves!
Instead of a typical white dress, this bride wore a fun, couture Millia London dress in front of the Wisconsin capitol. She had beautiful cream earrings that didn’t take away from the gown, but without dressing her down. A modern look for a contemporary era!
To end the day, our couple walked across the street to a new venue on the capitol square, Ellsworth Block. This venue is filled with so much character including, beautiful stone wall textures, dark window moulding, and beautiful afternoon sunlight! It is the perfect place and size for a reception celebration. Briar Loft’s floral design incorporated warm blush colors that complimented the bride’s gown. The tablescape is simple, yet so elegant and whimsical."
