Beach destination wedding inspiration on Amelia Island, Florida
Located just off the coast of northeast Florida, Amelia Island is easy to reach, but hard to forget. That's the tagline and we have to agree! With 13 miles of beautiful beaches, abundant native wildlife, and pristine waters, the barrier island has long been a beloved location for destination weddings and it's easy to see why.
The stunning Amelia Island is the scene of this destination wedding inspiration shoot, a collaboration between two of our Washington DC Fine Art Curation members - wedding planner Pamela Barefoot Events and wedding photographer Manda Weaver. Inspired by the vibrant tones of a coral reef with a dash of Palm Beach style, the couple showcase chic coastal wedding style with a 1950s twist.
We adore the bright florals in mouthwatering sherbet shades of summer and whimsical wedding stationery with a fun seaside theme. The bride's relaxed beach look is everything we want from a honeymoon look, with her frilled white bikini styled with silk headscarf and oversized Jackie O sunglasses. Total beach honeymoon style goals!
