My wife purchased a wedding dress from Flora and Lane 3 months prior to our wedding. The dress has never arrived. Catherine Yatana from Flora and Lane was very unresponsive and never gave us a refund. We filed a BBB claim, and it came back as seller unresponsive. Our bank had to investigate and the bank finally credited our money back. I contacted another retailer who had also ordered a dress from her and it was also “missing.” We had to scramble to find a last minute replacement. I’m not a vicious person, try to see the best in people, but please don’t let this happen to you. It was a upsetting experience.
