Pale Blue Oceanside Bridal Inspiration: Long Lost Love at Sea
If you know anything about Wedding Sparrow, you know we've got some sort of affinity for muted tones like this pale blue color. The mystery of the ocean, the longing bride awaiting her love to return via the seas, and this pastel color palette are inspiring us to no end today! Photographer Jeanni Dunagan captured this gorgeous oceanside session on film and we're left wishing for any sort of event to wear such a gorgeous gown to (Gossamer has done it yet again with this incredible beauty...)! The 'message in a bottle' feel to the stationery by Quill & Co. adds to the romanticism of this bride's story....
From photographer Jeanni Dunagan: "This shoot is inspired by the idea of a bride waiting at sea for her love. The story opens with a handwritten love letter and hand-drawn map leading to the ocean. A small table scape takes its cue from the coastal landscape with a gray velvet table cloth, sand linen napkins, pearl chargers and delicate vellum place cards set in oyster shells. The centerpiece pulls in the greens of the surrounding hills.
Our bride is wearing a beaded dress in a blue-gray hue complimented by the sea. She walks up and down the beach, under the dramatic sunset, waiting to be joined by her love."
