Jane and Jason’s Elegant Outdoor Wedding in Tuscany
This stunning Tuscany wedding is full of architectural inspiration with incredible views of Florence from the venue. Bride and Groom Jane and Jason are originally from different parts of the world, so having a destination wedding seemed like a perfect idea. They both have a strong passion for Italy, with its history, food and wine, so they immediately knew that Italy would be their ultimate wedding destination.
Photographer Kylee Yee shows of Villa Le Fontanelle which is a gorgeous mansion both inside and out. Jason and Jane travelled to Florence 3 months before the wedding and visited the villa and were just amazed by all the meticulously designed rooms it had to offer. They wanted to add a touch of Italy and moreover of Tuscany, to almost every detail of the wedding which was styled and planned by Weddings in Tuscany. This included such things as Jane’s lace San Patrick wedding dress, those amazing shoes (eek!), Tuscan inspired menu, wedding stationery with a touch of olive colours even a local donkey, who entertained our guests while they were having Aperol spritz during the reception.
From the Couple: “The day was magical and was everything we had planned for. We spent quality time with our families and all our guests from all parts of the globe. The ceremony was like a scene from a movie with the violin music and Duomo in the background. At sunset, we set off in the olive trees where Kylee captured amazing shots of us and had a funny moment where the hired donkey almost ate the wedding bouquet during the photo shoot. The day passed really fast, but the emotions we felt on this day are unforgettable.”
