Fig and Caramel Outdoor Wedding Inspiration
Fig and Caramel - rich, opulent tones that we don't see an abundance of in weddings, but we absolutely adore. Spring does not have to mean blush on all the things and that's apparent here! A dusty rose complements the caramel and golden hues while the darker tones ground the entire look. If you're one for lots of color, today's outdoor wedding inspiration is for you. Stylist Chic and Pretty Events explains below the design plan and we know you're going to be adding in a pop of 'midnight' into your own wedding day...
Today's beautiful wedding inspiration also comes straight from the Dallas Film Community, which is a bit different for us. Each of the stunningly beautiful images below are by different photographers, who came together to build each other up and learn from one another. We adore this concept and the people behind it - bravo Dallas film photogs! Please note all collaborators are credited below, but each image is individually named with the deserving photographer.
From stylist Chic and Pretty Events: “Inspired by a dance between modern and chic refinement, this sculpture garden was the perfect backdrop. Midnight, fig and caramel was a dreamy fall palette to design with. We played with velvet in the paper suite and ribbons with blind embossing them and are still swooning over what Letter Love Studio produced. The charger plates had these distressed-like edges that favored the table perfectly too.
Pairing soft and gritty textures makes styling more interesting and draws you in more to the details. The organic florals leaned into deep tones and alluring structural lines which looked amazing in the bouquet against her sleek Sarah Seven gown. And what guy doesn’t look stellar in a bowtie? A velvet one just made it even better. Loved every bit of this collaboration and the creative team that worked together.” - Ashley Stylist & Planner
From Kate Pease: “Here in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, we have an amazing community of film photographers we’ve named the “Dallas Film Community“. Together we collaborate with a team of incredible vendors with a fine art vision and do film only editorials several times a year. One of us will work on the vision of the editorial with the stylist and planner and invite the others to come along and photograph it. We see it as a chance to raise the standard of our local industry and work together to make each other stronger. One of my favorite sayings is “a rising tide raises all ships” and that’s what we seek to achieve in collaborating together. Community always wins over competition.”
