Mar 17, 2021 | Inspiration

Happy, happy Wednesday! I know it's a 'hump day' for most, but today we are going to switch it up a bit and bring you a plethora of inspiration from a crumbling New Orleans venue that deserves its own place here on the blog. We have a dark and moody thread through this beauty of a venue that Planner Cassandra Lorien and Florist Nicole Absher have brought to life. This 'elegant decay' style is something we know US based brides are looking for in their wedding venues so be sure to check out all that Seraphim House has to offer!

From Seraphim House: "Our Florist and Planner had long admired each other from afar, when travel brought Nicole of Ephemera who lives in NYC, and Cassandra together in New Orleans, they knew they had to marry their magical romantic styles. The Seraphim House was the perfect backdrop. There’s something about this space that is more New Orleans than the rest of New Orleans, the elegant decay is remarkably preserved. Instead of keeping things traditional, we challenged ourselves to work with unusual shapes, and more modern tropicals. We also mixed traditional calligraphy with minimalist stationery for a timeless look."
