You'll definitely think again after seeing these images by Fine Art Curation member Liz Andolina Photography in New York City! From Liz Andolina Photography: "This shoot was specifically designed to represent a European inspired, romantic elopement in Central Park in New York City. Bethesda Fountain and Terrace represents an iconic spot of the park and for good reason - it’s beautiful blend of stunning architecture and lush greenery are the perfect match. We wanted the bride and groom to feel as if they were the only people in Central Park, so we set up a ceremony site underneath Bethesda Terrace, which is typically such a crowded spot. We added a bit of color to an otherwise neutral palate with touches of pale blue. Nava Floral designed the florals and incorporated unique blue orchids into the bridal bouquet. The bride wore two gowns and a veil from Carol Hannah’s newest bridal collection. The first dress spoke to the intimacy of the shoot - off white, classic, and full of movement. The second gown represented a bit of a ‘reception’ gown - pale blue with beading and a low cut back. Reflection Hair Design and NB Beauty & Co. created two separate looks for our bride to coordinate with each dress - a classic low bun for the white, traditional gown and an intricately braided ponytail for the blue. Crane and Palatte designed customized wedding day stationery complete with a hand drawn sketch of Bethesda Terrace and Victor Barbone provided a unique blue-stoned engagement ring to further complete our color palate. We also featured groom details and a sweet cake the perfect size for two from Magnolia Bakery."
