Ethereal Wedding Style in the Desert
Love a neutral wedding palette? Us too! And what's better than a stunning backdrop of the Drumheller badlands in Canada? Incorporating romantic and high end tablescape details, timeless white florals by Fall For Floral's, a contemporary ivory Lou Atelier wedding dress with a sleek silhouette, and a groom in a classic black tie tuxedo - nature is the perfect accompaniment to this editorial photographed by Minted Photography and styled by Jaqueline Rae Weddings...
From Minted Photography: "Hoodoos, warm desert tones, and a jaw-dropping cape sleeve gown encouraged our inspiration in the breathtaking Drumheller badlands captured beautifully by Minted Photography. A unique terrain of sand dunes and dusty backdrops with cacti growing naturally is so diverse to the Alberta, Canada area. Jacqueline Rae, our design team wanted to highlight simple furnishings and neutral tones with these elements while bringing in a soft but unexpected floral colour palatte curated by Fall for Florals.
Our furnishings beautifully supplied by Modern Luxe Rentals, offered natural wood tones, regal linen wing back chairs, blush glassware, and tweed linen napkins brought our custom stationery and calligraphy suite designed by Paper Ocelot to showcase the Alberta provincial shape to life. To be one with the elements, Brianne Gabrielle Cakes created a natural edge two-tier cake which was placed onto a floral harlow stand.
Our gown, custom created for the project from Calgary designer, Lou Atelier and formed an ethereal elegance against the naturel elements. Our couple, so incredibly in love shared special and intimate moments while hiking the terrain."
