From 2 Brides Photography: "This editorial aimed to bring a contemporary, Scandi graphic style and pair it with modern architecture and design. Since the whole team of professionals working this shoot are Swedes, we wanted Scandi style aesthetics from Scandinavia to infuse the entire set.A simple, graphic, yet elegant vibe with deep contrasts. Sharp, chic, and with a touch of romance. The perfect setting was our extraordinary venue—this modern museum glass cube, unique in its contemporary design. "Världskulturmuseet" is a one of a kind venue in Gothenburg situated on the Swedish West coast. Iconic to Scandinavian Modernism. We almost had to call the shoot off entirely because of COVID. But since the museum was closed for visitors, and we were only seven, we decided to give it a go, and we are so thrilled that we did!We were not feeling comfortable with having strangers pose as a couple in love during the special times we are in, so our gorgeous model brought her real-life boyfriend, meaning we got to photograph REAL love! Because the design was so monochromatic, we added a bit of texture and sparkle with the swirling earrings as a nod to match the snakeskin lining in the envelope. The sleek table decor and detailed effortlessly paired with softly shaped flowers. Black glossy signs with bold lettering reflected the windows and gave them a lovely 3D effect."
