Claire Pettibone Dress with Floral Cape in Joshua Tree
It might be Friday 13th today but there's nothing unlucky about this beautiful editorial from photographer Lucy Munoz. A juxtaposition between the desert backdrop and romantic florals on the epic bridal cape from Claire Pettibone means this high end bridal fashion editorial is one we won't forget...
From Lucy Munoz: "We headed to Joshua Tree because we love the landscape as well as the colors and terrain. We were hoping for a sunny California day and we sure got it! We had Blushed Beaute create a soft and glowy look on Colette and paired that with a soft updo. The wedding gown by Claire Pettibone was beyond magical. The soft ethereal quality of the gown against the rocky boulders made it stand out in the most beautiful way. We were so captivated with the light because it seemed to wrap around Colette illuminating her so perfectly. It was so hard to leave, but we knew we’d be back soon."

Comments
I enjoy very much when thin flowy fabric are used as a capes, or just as part of the skirt of the dress(to name another example of the many). This one is no exception. It looks so delicate, and beautiful.
She looks like a doll among all those huge rocks.
