Blue and peach destination wedding in Burgundy chateau
So many destination weddings have been curtailed and delayed by the pandemic but when they finally take place, they are always worth the wait. Chelse and Kevin tied the knot in a beautiful blue and peach wedding in France, designed by wedding planner extraordinaire and Fine Art Curation member, Marie Chicchirichi. We love the soft flowers, fresh styling and golden evening light that envelopes their chateau wedding venue in Burgundy.
From Chelse and Kevin: “With the pandemic, we were really worried that something we had waited two years for wouldn’t be as special as we had hoped. Thankfully all our worries were completely washed away when we saw the beautiful venue and decor set up for our wedding weekend.
"Marie helped to ensure everything was seamless. We moved the location of the wedding on suggestion of Valery Villard, our wedding photographer, to sure the lighting was perfect for later that day. It was the best decision and our pictures came out amazing. This just demonstrates the incredible attention to detail that he and the entire team had. We felt like we were surrounded by new family with the team at Château de Varennes. It was like a fairytale come true."
