Wedding Gowns for the Fine Art Bride
Engagement season is in full swing, which means bridal gown shopping season is coming soon. Today we're fortunate to chat with UK based photographer Taylor & Porter who has captured these gorgeous gowns for The Bridal House Of Cornwall so well. While we see many trends come and go in the bridal wear industry, there are certain staples that we see here today. The ladies at The Bridal House Of Cornwall pulled together lovely pieces by Claire Pettibone & Catherine Deane with sleeves, movement, layers, and lace - all of which are classics. The simple, yet expressive styling and florals by The Garden Gate Flower Company only add to the organic and ethereal nature of the gowns and the incredible Port Eliot venue... happy dress shopping, brides!
From photographer Taylor & Porter: "We were delighted to be asked to capture this Springtime showcase of top British Bridal Designers Claire Pettibone and Catherine Deane for South West based bridal boutique The Bridal House of Cornwall and chose the Orangery at Port Eliot as the perfect luminous space to tell this story. Port Eliot is incredibly rich in history and it’s unique Orangery which dates from the 18th century is available to hire for beautiful light filled wedding ceremonies and receptions. Our showcase of gowns were chosen for their soft ethereal nature, gentle colour palette and intricate detailing. They were complimented by organic seasonal florals by The Garden Gate Flower Company tied up with hand dyed silk ribbons from Lancaster & Cornish."
